I have been a client at The Firm for almost a decade now. Pauline and all of the staff are very accommodating, kind and professional. It is not easy to find a hair stylist you can trust to do an outstanding job and deliver a style that you are happy with, but The Firm is great. The shampoo service is always so relaxing, hair treatments leave your hair looking shiny and feeling soft, but the best is hair colour and styling are always top notch. The Firm caters to international and local clientele and will be happy to help you, simply ask if you need assistance when you call for someone who speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, English and several other languages.
Pauline is genuinely so amazing! The very first time I had a haircut was three years ago with her. Now that my hair has grown out longer again, I went back to Pauline and got a curly haircut. I've always been concerned about visiting salons in Hong Kong, as most local salons lacked expertise in managing curly hair. I walked in with the most tangled, 4B curly hair, and walked out with the most beautiful curly cut and super-hydrating hair. I came in and out like 2 different people! Ash worked along with Pauline and the amount of grace and patience they showed me, especially when detangling my hair, was unforgettable, Not to mention the wonderful service they showed me along with the lovely cups of tea in-house. I always recommend the Firm to my curly-haired girlfriends, and they never disappoint. They were so unbelievably patient with my hair and I walked out smelling wonderful with extremely hydrated hair. (It's a big deal for me given how dried and tangled my hair was before!) Now my hair is so much lighter, much more manageable, and I have the most beautiful fro. Thank you so much Pauline and Ash!
Pauline is a true hair WIZARD! ✨ She completely transformed my roots and corrected my existing brassy colour, whilst adding dimension, to a cool creamy blonde. After our consultation, I had total faith in her, and was absolutely right to! This is someone who truly knows what she’s talking about. No fluff, just real expertise and talent The whole team are very down to earth, absolute stars. Thank you so much for giving me the most beautiful, natural blonde - this is officially my new favourite salon in Hong Kong! ❣️🙏🏼 Also… they serve the most delicious homemade ginger tea, which was incredibly soothing for the throat and tasted divine ☺️ Highly recommend!
What a lovely experience! Best ever really! Really happy I found Pauline and her team: the service was excellent, professional, friendly with great attention to details. Pauline has a really good eye and now my ombré and hairstyle look absolutely amazing! A plus is the cosy and peaceful surroundings. Can’t wait to go back!
