I’ve received treatment at DermElite recently. Dr Ip Iong Iong is a highly skilled professional. She listened attentively and provided thorough explanations. She took time to ease my concerns and suggested a treatment plan which tailored to my needs. And now, I have fully recovered. Thank you Dr Ip. I was impressed by the clinic environment with warm and professional atmosphere. Clinic staff, Kennis, Stephanie, Elaine and Queenie were nice and efficient, which made a significant difference in my experience. The design of the clinic also enhanced my experience, the attention to detail in the decor which reflects a commitment of care and providing a healing environment.

Dermelite’s team is very professional, helpful and cheeful. Each time of my PDL treatment, the surgery room will play my favorite music which soothes my soul. Dr Wong will answer all my questions when I have any and provide professional opinions. After treatment, the nurses took good care of me. They were so sweet and helpful!!

Dr. Wong provides good perspectives, maintains a holistic view and stays focused on areas that make biggest difference to me. She is genuine and result focused. Her medical advice demonstrated her rich prior experience and professionalism. I feel I am in safe hands. She really differentiates herself from other similar Doctors. Dr. Wong is supported by a team of nurses who made the entire experience pleasant and smooth.
