Push customers. They hand you a Google review card demanding a positive rating immediately after your treatment—which explains all those five-star reviews. And they kept pushing sales non-stop—after I bought a single facial for $1280, they had the nerve to push me even harder to buy a full treatment package even though I was pressed for time. The sales was old with visible fine lines around her mouth, so I found it difficult to trust that her products were effective.
Staff were very helpful and nice. They greet me at the door and water while giving me consultant. The lady who did my facial Gigi is great, and pay attention to details. Great service, will come again.
