I went in for hair styling and dyeing. The service is premium. They made sure I wasn't too cold or hot and offered water, all staffs are very polite. They asked me what I wanted every step of the way, and gave me advice on hair styling. Definitely recommend if you have a big day coming up!
Paid 790 HKD for color the roots and blow dry. Literally paid for having my hair burnt. The hairdresser straightened my hair almost wet, in opposition to any science. They smell of burnt chicken. I don’t recommend
This was my first time getting a perm at this salon, and I was incredibly satisfied with the results! The stylist's professional gestures and clear communication completely understood my needs for a "natural, manageable" look. The lines and volume were just right, not overly dramatic, and even a casual touch looks stylish. I'll definitely be back!
The result was exactly the "naturally straight" look I'd dreamed of! It wasn't rigidly straight, but rather had a shine and movement, and my hair looked incredibly healthy. Most importantly, the stylist was incredibly attentive, adjusting to my face shape and hair texture without flattening my face. From shampooing and conditioning to the perm, every step was handled with professionalism. The stylist and assistant were incredibly friendly, constantly asking how I was feeling and whether the heat was too hot or uncomfortable. My hair came out feeling incredibly soft and smooth, not dry at all. They listened patiently to my desired look and offered lots of professional advice, such as tips on how to maintain it for longer. They absolutely put their heart into their hair! Overall, the price was a fantastic value!
Worst service ever, I visit the place for a hair cut and I choose the “top” stylist wich is the most expensive so you expect a better service and knowledge, first I noticed is the receptionist is not really kind and didn’t offer at least water to me, after the hair cut I noticed that some part of my hair was burn with the hair dryer and also during the service I was looking at the stylist work it was awful how he dry the hair like he’s in hurry or something? Not sure I went back to the salon to complain and the answer was a didn’t do anything, without an excuse or at least Sorry. Simply I don’t recommend this place.
