I had a very disappointing experience with the nail service here. While the young technician was very sweet and polite, the technical quality was nowhere near professional salon standards. The technician did not cut, shape, or clean my nails before applying the polish. The application itself was extremely thick, messy, and got all over my skin. I had to point out errors multiple times, and at one point, I even had to clean up the edges myself because she did not seem to know how to fix them. To make matters worse, the polish chipped just one hour after I left. I also noticed some concerning hygiene practices. The tools were just sitting in a plastic cup and did not appear to be properly sanitized, and the nail file used on me was so worn out that it was falling apart. The staff is very kind, but the quality of the work and the sanitation standards definitely need immediate improvement.
Amazing service! Got 4 different type of waxing including Brazilian! and all done in less than 40 mins!! Fast and smooth. Quality is great too! Would definitely recommend this place! 10 out of 10 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Me and my daughter have been a visiting Lush since many years and cannot be more happy with their services and care. Simi is warm and welcoming, always the perfectionist. Her waxing skills are unparalleled, my hair growth has reduced tremendously , no pain or discomfort, no in grown hair. She always makes time for us even though she is quite busy with clients. Simi makes the experience pleasant and enjoyable! Highly recommend!

Had such a pleasant experience getting my eyebrows and eyelashes done at Lush Beauty. The ladies are warm, welcoming and very gentle when threading. Their prices are extremely affordable too. Very happy with the results!
