Big big scam!!! False advertising!! Staff will lure you into treatments on WhatsApp and then ask you to come to the clinic and then the doctor will say you are not appropriate for such treatments and ask you to pay consultation fee for nothing. Cheap strategies to attract public.
Highly recommend Dr. Chan, Ceci, and Rebecca! Booking was easy, they were perfectly on time—in and out for my mole excision in exactly 45 minutes, no crazy waiting times. Dr. Chan and the staff have such a warm, caring attitude; they were incredibly gentle which made the whole procedure completely painless. Pricing is 100% transparent with no hidden fees. A rare find in Hong Kong 👏
Bad experience, they forgot to mention to me that pregnancy shall be avoided when using aklief cream. This is a big deal and when i message them to enquire about it, they try to blame that it’s my fault for not mentioning it to the doctor, their exact wording was 客人如果懷孕或者預備懷孕都應該事先通知醫生的 I was lucky to ask to reconfirm or else i wouldn’t know Go else where for ur skin issues, the doctor was cold & the fact that at first they only provided me with laser treatment option instead of the cheaper medical cream option, they are there for the money, not at all for your health / wellness Their operation flow also have a flaw, you will go to the doctor to hear about the options, then u will be bring to another room without the doc to know about the prices. Once you made the decision on which option to go for, my case is the cream, it will not be the doctor who brief you on how to use the cream or what to be aware of. Maybe that’s also why the pregnancy related caution was missed. It didnt feel right to me, so i tried to ask questions about what to be aware of in the second toom, how much cream to use, etc. Given that nothing was mentioned about pregnancy, i thought it’s fine. But to be safe i messaged them to ask afterwards & you could tell they are trying to blame me for not mentioning it
Strongly advise looking elsewhere. This clinic is particularly unsuitable for serious procedures due to a complete absence of genuine patient aftercare from the doctor through to the assistants. There are so many great clinics out there, this isn't one of them. Avoid.
I went to this clinic because I wanted to lose some fat from some body areas. I went there every week, twice a week, for over 4 months. After spending thousands of HKD to eliminate fat from my body, the result was nonexistent. Useless treatments, no results. I do not recommend it. Don't waste your money!
