I first discovered Hair Quest a few years ago through their trial package. While the standard rates were initially outside my typical budget, I spent three years looking for a "more affordable alternative" only to realize there is no substitute for Atsushi’s expertise. Atsushi is a stylist who truly understands his mission. He prioritizes scalp health and hair integrity above all else—without a healthy foundation, you can't have a great style. I recently returned with hair that was severely damaged from heavy bleaching and balayage, and he managed to completely save it. The experience is premium: he only sees one client at a time, performing every step of the service himself. There is zero hard-selling, and every treatment is customized. I highly recommend the Trial Package (3 treatments) first, then considering a VIP package for better value. It is an investment, but for the personalized care and results, it is absolutely worth it.
Finally, a salon where they explain the different hair products used and the different stages of the treatment, all after analysis using a device to analyze your scalp: scalp care, scalp massage, treatment with organic products, etc… Andy is very attentive and makes the right choices.
I have enjoyed the whole service offered by stylist Andy. He shows me what professional like and he has suggested me to change my hair style which has lasted for over ten years! I am really impressed for my new hair style!
😍 Came here a few times for scalp treatment. Less hair loss is noted and the scalp is less reddish. Can also tell the big difference from the before and after photos. Ash spent time to understand the condition of your scalp and always suggested the most suitable treatment. Recommended!
Ive been coming to see Ash for three years now and I love to his service. The salon is clean and comfortable. A nice treat to myself from the bustle of the city. Ash is also very attentive to all my hair needs. Ive not looked back after coming to Hair Quest.
