I paid $2,700 for a treatment by Anki but it didn't last at all It wore off within weeks and completely fried my hair texture Yes, she gave me a free haircut later to fix it but the damage was already done What really pissed me off was her cheap way of handling it When I confronted her about the severe damage and asked for a real solution guess what she did? She literally pulled a 50ml free sample hairspray handed it to me as compensation Like, are you serious? Ruining a customer's hair after charging $2,700 and trying to brush it off with a free travel-size sample? That's just insulting To make it worse she just shrugged it off saying "it’s been 7 weeks" and refused to take any responsibility W52 is supposed to be a premium salon in Central but this stylist is incredibly unprofessional Save your money and your hair do NOT book with her The owner Gary is denying everything , claiming they have "nothing to hide." Well, I have the screenshot of Gary’s private message to me below.Let the public read his own words: He explicitly offered me a FREE $2,100 HKD hair treatment and haircut with him, on the strict condition that I "remove the review. "If your salon truly did nothing wrong and has "nothing to hide," why are you private-messaging an unsatisfied customer offering thousands of dollars in free services just to buy my silence and censor my feedback? You claim my complaint is "personal" cause your stylist Anki showed you our chat log. I don't care what she showed you, but if you want to play fair, why don't YOU upload the full screenshots of how Anki repeatedly and deliberately private-messaged my Ig stories to lure me into your salon in the first place? Oh wait, you won't, because it proves your stylist was using personal flirtation for commercial sales. I have rejected your bribe. The case is now officially with the Consumer Council. Stop gaslighting customers on Google. See you at the authorities.

I had such a great experience at this salon! The stylist ilya did an amazing job with my blonde highlights — exactly what I wanted. The color looks so natural, bright, and perfectly blended. He really took the time to understand my vision and gave helpful advice on what would suit me best. The whole atmosphere was super welcoming and professional, and I felt completely comfortable the entire time. You can tell they really care about their work and their clients. I couldn’t be happier with the result. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend! ✨
Ilya is the best. Very attentive and generous with his time. Thoughtfully combined techniques of air touch and highlights, great attention to details and patience. Been coming back for the past 6 years.
Great service & care. Booked a last minute haircut here with the Creative Director while visiting the city for a friends wedding. I showed a photo of what I wanted and the guy was so careful as he went about it, regularly stopping to check in with me. Highly recommended, exceeded expectations!
