I had Thermage treatment around my eye area to try to improve the bags under my eyes. Dr. Lam and the nurse were both very professional and patient, and I was also very impressed by the environment of the clinic.
I had a consultation snd cryotherapy treatment by Dr Wong Lai Ping. She was very thorough and went to great lengths to explain her diagnosis and treatment, I felt reassured. The staff at SKIIN were all professional and kind. I would return for any future dermatology treatment if needed.
I’ve been struggling with recurrent eczema for a long time, and it’s been stressful. Dr. Lee Ching Him was incredibly patient and took the time to listen to my concerns. He provided thoughtful prescribed medications with daily routines care and that have made a difference. In additional, entire SKIIN team is nice and friendly. Highly recommended!
Seen by many dermatologists in town and Dr Lee finally found out the exact problem of mine. He spent time to explain the condition and I never feel rush during the consultation. Thanks so much for your help and my condition is now cured. All nurses are helpful and polite. The environment is clean and professional. I am so glad to get treatment done here!
The space is beautiful and the receptionists are nice, but Dr Wong Lai Ping is too busy to be thorough and doesn’t have very nice bedside manners. I felt uncomfortable and rushed. At one point she told me her next patient was waiting so I should take a photo of the possible causes and look it up later. Two useful / interesting things - she confirmed that the ridiculous COVID mask policy in hk destroyed many people’s skin and that cetaphil is the best product for sensitive skin. If you need more than that, maybe find a different dermatologist.
