Dr. Chan is very professional and nice. The surgery was carried out efficiently, no pain during or after. I will not hasitate to recommend Dr. Chan to anyone who needs medical consultation regarding any skin problem.
Suffering from severe acne, after a year my skin has cleared permanently. Dr. Chan is very patient, caring and good at communicating with his patients. Appointments are always on time, no waiting and very convenient in cases I had to change the appointment dates. Highly recommend seeing him if you’re looking for a dermatologist!!
I read Google reviews of other dermatologists with abhorrently long wait times, so I was pleasantly surprised that the wait time for Dr. Chan once you arrive is quite short. I was accommodated around 5 to 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Consultation was very fast (less than 5 minutes) then medication was dispensed by the receptionists/assistants. It's been a week since I have been taking the medication Dr. Chan prescribed for my eczema, and it's working steadily well.
I had a cyst on my neck for years and decided to go to Dr. Chan Sheung Hey after seeing his surgery videos on YouTube. Dr. Chan is very skilled and patient, he took care to remove my cyst with a tiniest incision possible. The procedure was faster than I thought, no pain at all, and recovery is smooth. Dr. Chan is friendly, gentle, calm and professional. I highly recommend! Receptionists are also nice and polite, I very much appreciate the appointment confirmations and easy communication.
