finally found a derm who actually listens. dr ng was so sweet and patient with my acne hormonal breakouts. she didn't try to sell me any crazy expensive laser treatments, just put me on a simple daily routine and meds. my skin is already clearing up after 2 weeks. love her!
What a ripped off clinic. We came to have my son get checked for atopic dermatitis. The whole consultation felt rushed, we had some questions but abruptly cut off and kept saying I KNOW I KNOW, explained wasnt even the point of what we wanted to know. Dr Tang prescribed an antibiotic cream for my sons face, we kept telling her its becoming raw and even oozing, but the clinic kept telling to wait for 1 more week. We had another opinion to the other clinic turns out the cream is not suitable for him. The doctor was surprised my son is not having a fever. I AM SOO SOO ANGRY. We paid for a ridiculous amount of money just to get basic answers and a cream that made my son skin worst. DONT GO HERE.
It was about 5 years ago. The energetic and lively movement of the nursing staff impressed me. I knew coming to the right place about my irritable skin itchiness. Dr Ho first received me and later Dr Chan also came to examine my condition. They were patient and thorough trying to track down the cause without actually knowing the cancerous bladder cells that gave rise to the itchiness were brewing inside me. Several laboratory tests conducted but gave no tell-tale outcome. They admitted defeat and sent me off at a minimal fee and with good advices. Their honesty and efforts stunned me until today.

Saw a lot of negative reviews so had to write about my very positive experience. Yes a full body mole check is quite expensive but they are upfront about the cost and it is on the patient to confirm if their insurance will cover this. I arrived a little early and was seen promptly by Dr. Sammy Lau. He carried out a very thorough check and I felt very comfortable the whole time. He then talked me through my concerns and struck a good balance between being cautious but also not doing any unnecessary testing. I would definitely go back for my annual check ups or to discuss any specific skin concerns
