WhatsApp customer service is not responsive (reply after 3 working days upon chasing). Need to call up each store to check in booking availability ….
so bad & annoying.just because im not hk resident they cancel my treatment with no reason.
Been scammed by the IG post, first of all, they used the name Goku Japan to hide prefect medical name(because prefect medical has a bad reputation already) then on post it says 2880$ for 6 time without hard sell. Well guess what, I been sent to a room for hard sell over 30 mins, for 18800 6 times, and I insist I will not buy any package and request to have my treatment NOW! The sales had to give me something, so she gave me a 15 min treatment for 480$, if anyone think it’s worth it, pls go try
Very poor service…I took Laser hair removal treatment and staff told me that you can 90% results after 6 sessions but after 6 sessions I complained that I can hardly see any difference so they give me extra 6 sessions but no use..also during my trial session I told them that my chin area has more hair cause of PCOS so I want that to be treated properly but during treatment time the staff won’t listen to you because you have paid in advance so they don’t bother
My first time doing acne treatment trial. Saw a real difference after the first time and was ready to go back but needed 1 day or 2 to decide. Therapy service was very nice during the procedure. However, Sales was too aggressive and would not give me time or space to decide. Tried many things like standing in front of door, pretending to ask boss for special discount, talking to colleague in front of me, telling me to pay in installments. etc. Became too aggressive at the end and left a bad taste in my mouth. At the end of the day, the machine is doing the work and there's no reason to pay double. Come here for a free trial but nothing else.
