Had a high expectation for this clinic prior but the experience was disappointing. The environment here is great, but the booking organization needs serious improvement. My friend and I visited the day before and stated very clearly exactly what we wanted. We pre-booked a 2-hour session with Shila. However, halfway through the treatment, we were told only one therapist was available to serve both of us. One of us had to wait while the other got treated, which completely disrupted our experience. Shila, the front receptionist and consultant who organized our booking, lacked professionalism. She did not seem confident or knowledgeable about the treatments during our consultation. When I asked afterward why there was only one staff member available, she claimed four people were working but the rest were on lunch break?? It felt like a string of excuses for poor scheduling. On a positive note, Anu, the lady providing the treatment, was highly professional, skilled, and excellent at her job.
I had a great experience! The staff were very kind and explained every step of the process. My skin is already looking better after one microneedling session. Will definitely be back:)
I had an Aquapure facial and a HIFU treatment with Kaushila and I’m honestly so impressed! The Aquapure left my skin feeling deeply cleansed, fresh and glowing. The HIFU treatment was also amazing. Kaushila was very gentle, professional, and explained everything step by step. I already feel my face looking more lifted and defined, especially around my jawline. She has such a soft touch and really cares about her clients. You can tell she’s experienced and passionate about what she does. Highly recommend if you’re looking for real results and a relaxing experience. I’ll definitely come back!
I had the lifting treatment besides the machines, the therapist gave me a really nice had massage which was amazing and needed for sure. Besides that they cleanse your face a couple times which is great and for the environment it’s really clean and aesthetic
The experience was amazing!! The staff were all very welcoming and well explained everything about the treatments! They were very efficient and the environment was very relaxing. My face feels very soft and hydrated after the oxypure facial and I can’t wait to see the results! I highly recommend they are a very professional team
