First-time visitor to About Time Aesthetic, and it was a great experience. The environment is incredibly comfortable, and the staff are very patient. In particular, Chloe the consultant explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I really appreciated that there were no hidden fees or hard-selling; I felt completely free to ask as many questions as I wanted. They also use advanced skin machines to analyze your skin condition. Doctor Lim demonstrated excellent professionalism throughout. His detailed explanations and skillful hands minimized any discomfort and truly boosted my confidence in the treatment.
We came back to see Dr. Lam for the second time, and once again she exceeded our expectations! She did an amazing job with our Sculptra and Botox injections. She is incredibly gentle, highly skilled, and always takes the time to make us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Suki, who is truly exceptional. She is so kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming, making every visit a wonderful experience. All of the nurses were also incredibly friendly and attentive, taking great care of us from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely continue coming back. Highly recommend!

The head clinician who performed the procedure was incredibly patient, thorough, and highly skilled throughout the entire process. Their meticulous technique made me feel completely safe and comfortable as a first-timer. The clinic environment is comfortable. My first time with Dr. Lim here, she did really good job! Staff are very friendly and helpful too. I got lost when I looking for the place but the CS rep. talk me through Whatsapp and help me found the right entrance, give a thumbs up. Highly recommend this place.
First time here and already can’t wait to come back. I was able to easily message through WhatsApp to set up an appointment very quickly. The staff was very kind, knowledgeable and put me at ease. The office was very clean, bright and welcoming. I got Botox up the upper part of my face and each staff member helped to explain each process. They didn’t try to upsell anything but instead just gave me different options which is exactly what I wanted.
