My first facial at Komo was recommended by a friend. A therapist named Alby first did a skin analysis, then led me to a room for the treatment I chose. The biggest difference I noticed was how approachable they were; they didn't pressure me into doing treatments I didn't understand or didn't want. I wanted to address my sensitive skin, and this experience was quite unique. They suggested I do the treatment I chose on one side of my face, and then try their recommended treatment on the other side. At first, I thought they would be similar, but it turned out there was a huge difference. So I think they truly win by their expertise.
