The staff was very kind but was unimpressed by the laser treatment itself. Being given just a baby/makeup wipe to cleanse beforehand wasn’t a great start, and the laser felt very superficial compared to other treatments I’ve done in the past (though it wasn’t painful which is a plus). My skin reacted very poorly to the treatment, beforehand it was very nearly perfect with only a few areas with visible pore texture and small signs of aging, but following the treatment I experienced about three weeks of small bumps all over my face. It’s definitely a no go for me, but others will have different experiences.
Chloe was an amazing therapist. She really protected my eyebrows, made sure to tell me step by step what was happening. So far this is my third appointment so let’s see if I can start to see a glowy difference
Been coming here for a year now for maintaining my skin. Sam has been a lovely therapist to me during this period, making sure to remember my problem areas during treatments. Highly recommend for skin like mine entering their 30s soon.
Had a great experience in skin laundry, they provide very efficient service with good skin result. The staff are very nice and not pushing for purchase any package, feel very comfortable to come for their service. Highly recommend and Tracy to serve.
Highly recommended… Gigi is very warm, friendly and gave constructive advices! All the staffs are friendly, warm and great customer service! Situated at easy access shopping and MTR! Love it
