This is an absolutely terrifying experience; do not attempt it. My relative had already purchased several packages, and after each service, they would routinely try to sell it to him. One time, three people surrounded an elderly person and wouldn't let him leave. My relative (who has high blood pressure, diabetes, and poor health) clearly stated that he was very hungry and explained his condition, but they still wouldn't let him leave. Their excuse was that a new colleague had just come from the countryside and was very poor, so they were helping him out. My relative usually signs up for massage treatments costing several thousand dollars, so I thought, "Oh well, signing up for several thousand more isn't too bad." But in one go, it cost 50,000! Should I call the police? I figured I should only go back and use those packages in the future.
I don’t even want to give this beauty salon a star because I had a terrible experience there. I went there thinking that I would get an 88 HKD facial treatment as shown on their flyer and said by the ones handing them out. However, that was too good to be true. Like the other reviews have mentioned, the staff first bombard you with personal questions like what facials you had tried before and where you went for facials before. Then, they keep persuading you to buy their other beauty packages nonstop even if you turn them down. I ended up turning down all their offers so the staff became sour and changed her attitude. In the end, I only got cleansing treatment. What a SCAM!
Because of the recommendations from the food exhibition, I decided to give this a try. Upon entering, the environment seemed okay, but everything was from mainland brands, and all the staff were from mainland China. My boyfriend and I had a 30-minute massage, but the therapist was too fast and rough, leaving bruises on my arm. After that, I had a 30-minute facial, and the products made my skin sensitive and painful. Overall, the experience was very poor. The most alarming part was their marketing tactics. At first, they asked me very personal questions like where I live, what I do for a living, and how long I've been in a relationship. Then they separated us into different rooms, making it impossible for us to communicate. The masseuse talked to me for 30 minutes and tried to sell me a package. She didn't even let me relax. When I firmly said no, her true colors showed, and she became annoyed. Meanwhile, my boyfriend was led to believe that I really wanted the facial, which made him think he should plan to buy it for me. Afterward, when we talked outside, he realized I didn't enjoy it at all and didn't want to come back. I felt completely deceived. He had already paid, and it wasn't cheap either. I believe that 9 out of 10 reviews here are fake. Really really horrible experience. You can try it out, but don’t spend money on something that makes you feel uncomfortable.
Every technician here is highly experienced and has excellent skills... especially Lily, Elaine, and Annie May! They even offer sweet soup/soup after the treatment 😍 Very thoughtful! And the staff are very hardworking and never slack off!!
