Horrible customer service and unwilling to answer basic questions about their treatments. Makes me think they are hiding something :)
This is a sub-company under 24/7 Fitness and its the second store in Hong Kong. This facial place is located in The Mira 1 mall upstairs on Nathan road. I was looking for a facial place yesterday in TST on Google yesterday and saw this. Gave them a text through whatsapp and they replied back in a timely manner. They were able to accommodate me with the time I want. They provided me directions of how to get there after. Upon my arrival, the lady from front counter asked if I needed to use the restroom before my service. Very thoughtful. Molly, the customer service / salesperson, spoke to me about their services and options they have. I picked one that’s basic for hydrating as I had plans after but their service options are very attracting. Ivy, the lady that did my facial was fantastic and nice. Everyone from the place made sure I was well taken care of. Despite them trying to sale me some of the packages but they never gave me a hard-sell pitch and they were understanding. Thank you so much for everything and Yes I will definitely come back again!
I had a lovely and relaxing massage there this afternoon. Tina’s service is very good. This place is very clean, quiet. I have chosen my favourite lemongrass oil, really enjoyed it.
Nice ambience. Reasonable price with no hidden costs. Flexible payment. Can really relax and enjoy.
Wonderful and warm experience with comfy environment. Nicole the aesthetician is very attentive she analysed and recommended us what facial treatment we should do. My husband I enjoyed very much, would highly recommend to my friends.
