I had the most amazing experience at Anumi! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and really listened to what I needed. I went for a Hydrafacial treatment, and my skin has never felt so refreshed and radiant. They used high quality products, and the whole session was deeply relaxing!
Had a great first HIFU experience here! The shop manager was super helpful, explained the process, and how the benefits of the treatment work. The therapist that delivered the treatment was very kind and let me know what to expect and when. I loved having the moistening mask at the end 😊.
Very professional and no hard-selling. Went there as a tourist, even when they know you probably might not be a returning customer, they still do their best to give you the best treatment so you get as much benefit from that single visit. Even when I booked for my partner to also have the more expensive new customer treatment offer, they actually suggested for him to have the much cheaper treatment offer because it suits his skin condition better. Our aestheticians were Mandy and Karen, fantastic interpersonal and facial skills, also made my 1st blt & hifu treatment very pleasant and effective - thank you Mandy! Can already see significant difference post-treatment. Now I would consider just coming back in the future to have further treatments for special occasions.

I joined the laser hair removal a year ago. The price is reasonable and the environment is really nice. The staff are friendly and especially my laser therapist, Fion. She is detail minded and serves excellent service!
