The facial technique was excellent; I even fell asleep while they were putting on the mask!! My last massage was also very comfortable and relaxing. They didn't try to sell anything, and the staff were all very polite.
This is the prettiest room in the entire hotel. Recently, I was able to move to the next room for Pilates, which is great. Turns out they're all part of the same group.
Irene Chau is very knowledgeable and a lovely person and Ji-Ji is excellent at her job too. Very relaxing and really good value. Location is great too, grab a coffee at the Starbucks Reserve once you've finished and then send a postcard home at the post office. Get to Beauty Glow using the furthest right elevator and select floor 3.
