Paying thousands of dollars for terrible service, awful hygiene, and severe hair damage. They convinced me to pay for their most expensive hair straightening with C-curl treatment, but after just one wash at home, my hair went right back to how it looked before. Worse yet, my hair has kept breaking and falling out ever since. The experience was a total mess because my stylist, Hailey, was serving 5 clients at once. I was left waiting with chemicals in my hair because no one was free to rinse it, which clearly ruined and over-processed my hair. She also left me halfway through the straightening process to serve someone else and set the straightener directly on the floor. The hair washes were incredibly rough, and water kept splashing on my face. To top it off, they forced me to leave a Google review at checkout just to get the 10% discount promised at the start. Highly unprofessional and dangerous for your hair. Avoid this place.
Jay did an exceptional job with my haircut! It was my first time going shorter than usual and I requested a long wolfcut. He met my expectations and also listened to my every concerns and also gave me solutions for it. He is Korean and did his best communicating in English with me. Totally recommend him!
It was my first time trying bleach and dye, and I was so worried about damaging my hair. But Haley's technique was incredible! The color turned out perfect and my hair still looks so shiny. Haley was also very meticulous with the haircut, and it really flatters my face shape. I feel like a whole new person. Highly recommend Haley!
I had a short layover in Hongkong so i decided to get my hair done and i’ve seen good reviews about this place on Instagram so i went ahead and tried walking in. I had Jay as my hairstylist and he was sooo good! He got the right color and haircut i’ve been wanting! The best!! 🧡 Will definitely come back and recommend him! 🤘🏻
Did a hair treatment and color with stylist Lina today. Not only the outcome is amazing, the service and experience was amazing! My hair feels so soft even after colouring. Nice atmosphere, will definitely come back next time :)
