Dr. Chow is an artist! The Michelangelo of fillers. He has an incredible eye for facial balance and immediately spotted what I'd never been able to pinpoint myself. Hands down, the best doctor in town! I’ll be completely honest — I usually never rely on just one doctor. After several bad experiences in Hong Kong, I always double-check any diagnosis or procedure with another professional. However, since meeting Dr. Stephen, that changed completely. From day one, he impressed me with his deep knowledge and confidence. He gives clear, accurate diagnoses right away instead of vague “maybe” or “could be” answers. I really appreciate how straightforward and honest he is. The first time I saw him for a skin issue, he identified the problem instantly — something no other doctor in Hong Kong had managed to do. I even confirmed his diagnosis with my trusted doctor back home, which reassured me even more. It proved he truly knows what he’s talking about. I’ve already had two CO₂ laser procedures done with him, and his work is exceptional. I was honestly nervous about today’s treatment, especially after seeing some horror stories online about similar procedures. Since it was on the bottom of my foot, I was extra worried — but when I checked the wound back home, I couldn’t believe how perfectly it was done. I genuinely don’t think it could have been any better. Deep down, I knew I was in good hands. I trust Dr. Stephen completely now — I no longer feel the need to see multiple doctors. My partner feels the same way and even had a last-minute treatment with him today! Another thing I really value is that he never overcharges or recommends unnecessary procedures. He’s transparent, fair, and truly focused on his patients’ well-being. The clinic staff also deserve special mention. They are warm, kind, and supportive — both of the therapists even held my hand during the laser procedures (I was more scared than in pain!). Their care made a big difference, and I left feeling comforted and grateful. Thank you so much, Dr. Stephen and team! I went to dr chow to get natural looking filler as I wanted something small to boost my confidence. He was very patient and excellent with explaining the procedure, the options I had and any custom shapes I wanted for my lips. He was super gentle and the procedure was effectively painless (just a small pinch). I found dr Stephen to be very genuine and authentically seemed to care about his work. I’m pleased with my results so far and excited to go back. Also, all the ladies in the nursing staff and front desk were also wonderful and kind.
