Dr. Cheng is very professional and gives very clear explanations on the treatments and the technologies behind. During the procedure, she always addresses how I feel and make adjustments to make sure I’m comfortable. In general it’s a pleasant and trustworthy medical aesthetic centre.
Good results as I expected.
Had been troubled with wart problem around my face for a number of months. Booked an appointment at this clinic for doctor consultation with clear explanation of my problem. Treatment was done on the same day without much pain as anesthetic cream was applied. The doctor completed the actual treatment in about 30mins. I was prescribed with some medication drugs to help the wound heal much quicker. Overall experience is simple and not much down time.
I have been a customer for years and am very happy with the treatment results. Having heard quite a few horror stories of high-energy medical beauty treatments gone wrong, I would never trust another doctor to perform Ultherapy on my face. Dr. Cheng is very experienced and very caring. I feel blessed to have found Vitalage.
Personal experience. Be prepared to be upsold thousands of dollars of face products, where a good clinic would not force you into it. They literally said that I cannot do Pico laser if I don't buy their face products (HKD 6000+). I felt forced. I think you can find tonnes of Pico laser clinics that allow you to do it without buying any products. Decided to refund the same day after second opinion in a nearby clinic that did not charge any consultation fee. At another clinic I felt that my objectives were respected and I didn't need to heighten my guards and BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL, I felt safe. In the end I've lost 4400 hkd at Vitalage because they insist to charge 10% if I wanted a refund. They also charged HKD1000 consultant fee which many other clinics don't! Please read ALL the terms and conditions before you sign anything! Talk to more clinics first. There are many other better clinics out there.
