Consultant was extremely pushy from the start to sell me their special anniversary 10 pack. I decided on a first time trial because I am a working mum of 2 with tome constraints plus my skin condition isn’t actually too bad just sensitive with concern more on clogged pore / skin smoothness. Consultant then made me feel like I had aging skin as she mention quote on quote ‘woman now over 40 don’t have wrinkle’ !!!! She then pushed for a combination facial with technical names to address this aging problem which I didn’t even go there for, so hiked up the listed price but I was ok to try and see if it worked for my concerns as the reviews here said how professional they are. The reason why I gave 2 star and not zero star is because of the beautician she was really warm and friendly, the conversation we had during treatment was very nice and she was caring to make sure I felt taken care of. However the machines and techniques they used are not anything above market expectations so the price for me did not match as I already know I can get those type of aqua and mask treatment in other competitive spas for half price which by then I wish I did go back to a spa I know who did this treatment for me before. After treatment the consultant asked if I would continue with them, honestly I was disappointed with the result as I explained to her my concern was because of clogged pores (spot) and a few pores were still visibly clogged after treatment so skin wasn’t as smooth as I expected. Beautician and consultant referred to ‘another machine’ that would have been able to take care of spot and I was fuming really as I felt the consultation in the start was just a sales person on default script to sell 10 pack, and her strategy was if I did not go for 10 pack they would then just sell the a premium combination facial before pushing again for a pack instead of dealing with concern as best they can in a single or two treatment. In summary go there if you have the time and no budget constraints to be told you have to see them minimum 5 times to to see any result. I don’t think that’s right as if it’s correct diagnosis results can be seen in a couple sessions.
Really amazing clinic with beauty services! I’m doing my hair laser removal with them and they really have the best service. Even tho I finished my package I can still come for maintenance to really make sure all hair is removed. I went to other clinics before and they didn’t have this service. The place is very clean and the staff friendly. Totally recommend it! 5-Star ♥️
I tried the CFU treatment, and the staff was highly professional. The treatment was expertly designed, customized to my specific needs with a tailored plan, and she even shared lots of professional knowledge.
