With oil treatment, I found the cover sheet to be cold and clammy on my skin. Even the bottom sheet reflected cold to the touch because of cool air. I was squeamish turning side to side, in other words uncomfortable. The company can easily change to another type of sheets to use. Otherwise, Overall Environment is quite pleasant and therapist knowledgable .
Convenient location, clean and comfortable environment, and attentive service. I’ve been twice and had the same treatments both times – hot stone massage and facial. However, the experiences were completely different. The first time, I had a Hong Kong local therapist, and it was excellent. Her pressure was just right, and she accurately found the tight muscles and acupoints. I immediately topped up my membership that same day. The second time, I had a Nepalese therapist – she had no idea what she was doing. The pressure was too weak. When I asked for more strength, she used her forearm to apply pressure instead of her fingers. For anyone who knows massage, the feel of an arm vs. fingers is completely different. Using the arm made my whole body feel heavy and made it hard to breathe. I asked her to stop, but for the rest of the session, she only stroked my skin. I felt absolutely no relaxation. It was a very disappointing experience.

A relaxing haven every time I go! I love getting their full body lymphatic massage where you can personalize your experience. They are great and easy to communicate with for bookings. I love their services, the muscles in my body just melt after a massage at Elu Spa! Love how clean and mindful the space is as well.
One of the best massage places in HK! Been going here for two years now for facial and massages. The atmosphere is always inviting and relaxing, the service is thoughtful, and the therapists are extremely professional and skilled. Special shoutout to Connie who was the therapist for all my prenatal massages and who truly goes above and beyond! Her massages are always relaxing yet effective in relieving tension, and she is always smiling - her passion for her job is evident and shines through. A big thank you to Connie and the whole team at Elu Spa for taking good care of me. Highly recommend this hidden gem for both massages and facials.
