Don't buy the package and don't believe their words if you choose to buy one. Always check what you're signing (That was my fault) There are much better options in the same building.
Massage therapist has a good massage technique. The environment is nice and quiet. I had a very good experience in here. I’ll come back soon again !
I found this to be one of the worst facials I’ve experienced. I left feeling unhappy, as the treatment consisted mainly of applying a mask with no exfoliation at all. Overall, I would not recommend it — especially given the high price for such limited service
I would recommend avoiding this spa and going somewhere that takes your health and safety seriously. After previously having a good massage here, I was excited to go back for a lymphatic drainage massage only to end up with a back sprain and a large physio bill... When I woke up the morning of the massage, I was experiencing illness and body aches so I tried to reschedule the massage in the morning. The salon said there was no need to reschedule and I asked if I could change to an aromatherapy massage instead, for my own safety (a quick google search will tell you that lymphatic drainage is not safe when unwell). Upon meeting my masseuse, she did not even know what kind of massage she was supposed to be doing and never checked in with me regarding pressure or my comfort levels. Furthermore, there were no essential oils to be smelt during the massage leading me to believe this was not an aromatherapy massage like agreed. Having had many massages before, this was by far the worst I have ever experienced and was painful at various points, especially while massaging the back. The masseuse ended the massage early, and while I would usually be frustrated by this, I was glad it was over. The next day, while completing the very simple task of washing dishes, I began experiencing severe back pain that left me immobile for multiple hours. After seeking medical attention and physiotherapy, I was told that I had a muscle sprain attributed to poor massage technique and excessive pressure. A week later, I am now requiring 2 physiotherapy sessions a week and my back injury is impacting my work and social life. When I rose my concerns with Ayana Spa, they failed to take me seriously and dismissed my concerns with run of the mill AI generated responses. They also failed to adequately assure me that the masseuse in question is qualified.
I had such a wonderful experience at this salon. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their professionalism really stood out. My therapist was attentive and kind, making the entire treatment feel relaxing and enjoyable. The manager, PP and therapist Ada deserves a special mention she was very sweet, thoughtful, and made me feel truly cared for. The salon itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and offers a pleasant atmosphere with a great view. Overall, it’s a clean, professional, and genuinely warm place. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
