Absolute Perfection! If I could give 10 stars, I would! I had the most incredible hair treatment in Hong Kong thanks to SarahAnn! From the moment I walked in, she was so welcoming, professional, and attentive. She knew exactly what my hair needed and brought it back to life. My hair has never felt this soft, shiny, and healthy! Her attention to detail and care are truly unmatched. If you are in Hong Kong and want your hair treated by a real magician, do yourself a favor and book with her immediately. I absolutely love Glow Spa. Sioban (the owner) runs a gorgeous spa that is deeply attentive to client needs — right down to a complimentary bar with delectable banana bread. I have enjoyed facials with Carol — an incredibly calming, expansive and relaxing experience. I could not recommend Glow Spa more.
I’ve been going to Glow for about 18 months. They do such a fantastic job every single time you go. From the minute you sit down they get you a coffee, carrot cake or banana bread and are taken care of right up until the end where my hair looks fantastic. The whole process is seamless. Everyone is so friendly. I mainly go with the same stylist but I have also been with others and they are all very good. I can’t recommend highly enough. I will never go to another hairdressers. The beauty is also excellent.
Travelling from Sydney and i can say Glow Spa is the best in the world. Excellent products selected and my facial just perks me up. From the moment I walked into Glow Salon, I felt comfortable and genuinely welcome. I was offered something to drink several times, and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. The fact that everyone spoke English also helped me feel at ease. Joyce herself is an exceptionally skilled hairdresser. I usually feel anxious about going to the hairdresser because my hair is curly and not the easiest to work with, and I often leave with something very different from what I had in mind. With Joyce, that wasn’t the case at all. She immediately understood what I was looking for and discussed different options with me before we started. She clearly has a strong vision and a great sense of what works. Throughout the entire process, she kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable with every step. The result was honestly one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had! I’ve received so many compliments since then about how well it suits me. She also gave me practical haircare tips and styling advice that I can actually use at home and am so grateful for. Since I was visiting on holiday, she even shared sightseeing recommendations, which I later checked out — and they were spot on! I’m truly thankful to Joyce — not only for her skill, but also for her kindness and the care she puts into her work, which truly sets her apart. I highly recommend Glow Salon to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming, and talented team. Thanks a lot, guys!
