Please be aware of a very dominant and way prejudiced hairstylist: AYUMI. She did not apply my instructions of straight-cut and instead changed it to the poor layered-cut on my back, which I was unable to see. Because she thought that was more ‘stylish’ from her point of view. She then informed me of her ‘stylish’ course of action after she had done it without notice. Consequently, that terrible haircut affects me for a quite long period until my hair length was long enough for the next cutting. As an acknowledgement,if you matter the long-term value of hairstyle,just avoid this kind of prejudiced hairstylist,even at the whole Carte Balance Salon.
My stylist Shouki is very nice and with Good service . Excellent cutting and good treatment .
Absolutely disgusting attitude from the hairstylist. I’ve been to plenty of salons and I have never been treated this disrespectfully. Shouki acted like they couldn’t care less that I was there with no greeting, no warmth, nothing. The whole time I felt like an inconvenience just for sitting in the chair, like they’d rather be anywhere else than doing their job. If you don’t want to work here, then don’t. But don’t take it out on paying customers. I won’t be coming back.
