❌ Highly Unprofessional & Cold Experience – Avoid I had a very disappointing experience at this center and would not recommend it at all. The entire environment is incredibly cold and impersonal—it felt like being in a clinical lab rather than a spa or skincare clinic, and I did not feel at ease or relaxed at all. The staff lacks professionalism and genuinely does not seem to care about the customers. During the initial skin analysis, the staff member forgot to tell me to close my eyes. She only remembered after the machine had already started working, meaning the first analysis photo was taken with my eyes completely open. The treatment itself felt incredibly lazy. The therapist spent about 15 minutes just basic-cleaning my face and putting a mask on me. After that, they left the mask on and used another machine over it. To make matters worse, despite the entire session taking an hour, the therapist was only physically in the room with me for a total of about 15 minutes. For the rest of the time, I was just left abandoned under machines with zero active care. The whole process felt like a rushed, mechanical routine with zero comfort or actual skin benefit. Save your money and go somewhere else where the staff is properly trained, the environment is welcoming, and they actually stay to take care of you.
