Disappointing experience from start to finish. This business is solely concerned with upselling packages once they have your money, the actual service drops to zero. My appointment started late, the treatment was rushed, and I was left unattended multiple times (including having to shout for help after being left under the steam 15 minutes too long). Having paid upfront for a 10-session package, the lack of basic care is unacceptable. I brought these issues to the team and asked for a refund on my remaining unused sessions, but they were completely unhelpful and refused to refund me. Avoid this place.
Not sure if all the reviews are fake or not. But there’s literally no way this place can be 4.9/5. Even when I was there, other customers were complaining left and right. The owner is extremely rude and the staff are super unprofessional. Will waste at least an hour of your time just waiting. And the staff are highly unskilled. I would not risk going here again for any type of service. It also feels super scammy.

Moon is professional and did a wonderful job and I really enjoyed the skin care. The whole experience is great.
