I had the best hairstyling and hair donation experience at SOZO Hair Design! My hairstylist Ms Tomoyo is very friendly, kind, and professional. She guided my whole haircut journey with care from start to finish, and even taught me some tips on how to style my hair myself. It felt so meaningful to be able to donate my hair to a charity in Japan through SOZO, knowing it will help a child in need makes this experience even more special. Big thanks to Mr Shun, Ms Tomoyo, and the SOZO team for arranging this beautiful experience! I'm so happy:) Highly recommend!!!
Did the keratin treatment last month for the first time and was really satisfied with the result. Tomoyo did a really good job assessing the health of my hair before proceeding with the treatment. Came back again this month for a haircut with Tomoyo and she was very attentive to what I wanted for my cut. She executed it perfectly and was very detailed when doing the cut in making sure everything was how I wanted it. 10/10 experience, will definitely continue to come here for haircut and keratin treatment. Highly recommend Tomoyo, she’s very friendly and communicative!
Erin was recommended to me by a friend and I could not be more satisfied with my haircut and new hairstyle. I came into the salon looking to change up my hair. I had no idea what I wanted to do or what would look good on me. I also wanted a low maintenance hairstyle. Erin helped me brainstorm on a few looks and I was extremely happy with the end result. She even gave me a few tips and tricks on how I could maintain the look.
It was my first time to visit this salon. I would say it is the best ever. It is way better than those well-known chained salons in Hong Kong. From the first moment I walked into this salon, I felt like I was welcomed and respected. The young lady at the reception was polite and helpful. She served me with a cup of latte upon my request. The hairdresser Coco was very patient . I showed her the a photo of the hair style of a celebrity and she got me right away. My hair is thin but she knows how to layer my hair and make my hair look less thinner. It is what other hairdressers couldn't do before. I will definitely go again!
I went to Coco at Sozo Hair Design for colour and highlights, and the results absolutely blow me away. Not only did she execute the technical aspects, giving me exactly the look I asked for, but the entire experience was amazing. Coco has a fantastic eye for colour and took the time to consult with me to ensure we were on the same page. She made me feel heard and secure in her hands. I left not only with beautiful hair but also feeling genuinely cared for as a client. I've found my new go-to colourist! Thank you, Coco!
