40 條Excellent service by Mike! Very neat and perfect haircut, just they way I wanted. Sorry for not having enough cash for an appropriate tipp.
I’m not from HK and was looking to have a hair wash and blowout before catching my flight. I was hesitant because of the review and how dingy the place looks from the outside. First off my hair is extremely fragile due to the bleach I have an my hair. Franky is the one who took care of me. He gave me THE BEST head and neck massage and impeccable hair wash. He understood my hair. He made sure the water was the perfect temperature for me, and made sure the massage was the proper pressure. 🥹 If you want a spot that doesn’t break the bank: Ask for Franky Chung at Zoom Hair Salon. Thank you for the wonderful service.
This hair salon is cheap but most of all it’s dirty ! You don’t want to touch anything , very Chinese and hairdressers are impolite , even not a smile , the management is inexistant , the hairdressers are all indépendant and have no idea of what they are doing , I came here 3 times just because convenient for me to have my hair blow done , today was the 3rd time , the first 2 times where ok experience , hair blow done and efficient but still the place is ugly , this time the hairdresser that usually takes care of me washed my hair and left me wait for a long time without telling me that he was not free and I just wait there for at least 45 mins , then after a while I asked for the hairdresser, another hairdresser took « care » of me and he just dried my hair like a fool !!!! I stopped him and decided to leave ! I never seen a place like this , I’m used to work with Hong-Kong people and I truly appreciate my life here since 13 years , but I also can’t understand why because of the language some people can’t communicate with a smile and with kindness ! I don’t want to have any high expectation but This hair salon is just not a good place to be !
The haircut was pretty good. But when I came back shortly after to get a quick fix to the back. I was charged a full haircut price for a 3 minute cut with the same hair stylist.
A no-nonsense hairdresser that delivers pretty decent hair cuts, or at least in the opinion of someone who's not all that fussed on going to a high end salon. It's probably not to everyone's taste - there's no wine or water while you get your hair cut - but they're efficient and the end product is good. They're also good with little ones, although I'm not sure I'd take kids under 5. Expect to pay around HK$280 for father & son cuts
