19 條waited 2.5h for 30 seconds with the doctor, absolutely terrible service, they also take forever to respond to appointment scheduling requests
The queue is so long. I arrived at 9:30 and now it’s 10:13 and they haven’t even called me in yet. If your planning is so poor then why don’t everyone just arrive 30 minutes late. The doctors and nurses are nice though.
1) Way too slow regardless of appointment. Wait was way too long 2) The pharmacist somehow lost or gave my prescription documents to another person. What would happen if another person received the wrong drug. Felt disrespected when told me to go upstairs to figure out myself when it was their fault.
My appointment was scheduled for 2pm on 7 May 24 and I arrived sharply at 2pm in the clinic. Unexpectedly, I needed to wait till 5pm to see the doctor. Upon the medical consultation, I approach the counter to settle consultation fees. The nurse asked me if I wished to book the next appointment now, I replied yes and asked for Saturday and be the last patient to shorten the waiting time. To my suprise, the nurse bluntly replied "No" and offered me 11:30am on one of the Saturdays in May. The attitude was rather bad. Apart from that, the information given in my hospitalization insurance claim forms was not accurate, say the date of doing biopsy at the clinic as a out-patient was wrongly stated, also wrongly put the biospy under in-patitent syrgery in my hosiptalization claim form. Those fields required the doctor to fill were left blank, say the reason to do out-patient surgery i.e., biospy,; any anesthetic was used for the surgery, why the patient needed to be admitted to the hosiptal, all of the abovementioned were left blank. Again, it is just waste my time running her and there to get the claim forms completed, not to say I need to go back to the hospital to get the claim forms chopped. I doubt that the fees charged by this out-patient clinic is value for money in terms of service quality. I have no intent to express my feedback here but the mailbox of their landline number is full all the times that I couldn't leave a message. Will separately write to the HkSH on this.
Dr. Chan was probably the only doctor (I was seeing a few others with a rare disease) who really cared about me at sanatorium hospital and I’m thankful for him doing the right blood test on my diagnosis. The nurses are generally OK except the one at the reception was pretty rude. Expect to queue two weeks for an appointment and then at least one hour wait when u arrive at the clinic.
