No idea why the reviews are so negative. I had my moles above my upper lips removed using laser. They first applied some anesthetic cream, had to wait about 45 mins to take effect. Then the doctor came in and removed the moles. Initially we only counted 4 moles and I was quoted 4.5k, but it turns out I actually have 6 moles to remove but they didn't charge me extra. Then they gave me some cream and lotion to prevent infection and scarring. They even took some close-up photos of the moles before and after removal. Everything felt professional; the process was smooth; the people were nice. I'd definitely recommend this place.
Absolutely Horrendous I went there for 3 times & i paid roughly $3k hkd & did not worked, the dermatologist didnt bother to check on wat were the causes of my acne & she just gave random meds that didnt show any results at all!!! Felt like i got scammed not gonna lie wer’d u get that degree from??
My appt was 12pm, the doc didn't see me until 12:30pm. What clinic would make a patient wait that long? And they didn't even apologize or acknowledge that I waited 30 mins! Not only that, the doc only used medical terminology in explaining my skin condition and talked very fast. Had to ask multiple times what she meant. The only positive was that I received some samples to try. Maybe it just wasn't my luck that day. There are many dermatologists in Causeway Bay, I recommend researching others before settling for this one.

Happy to say I made the right choice with TrueCare. The offices are super modern and clean ... the location is very convenient on Hennessy in Causeway Bay ... and most importantly the treatment was very thorough, well explained, and the remedies I was prescribed, very effective. I'd recommend the clinic to anyone.
