Good introductory service and detail explanation of products from Ting Ting. Bought Fotona Skywalker treatment.
When there's an issue, they just say it's normal and ignore you. So really risky if something goes badly wrong. They just don't seem to care too much. The Dr didn't even speak to me directly. I think the whole place is sketch. Random note: I think most of the reviews are fake or paid for. Why do so many of them only have one or two other reviews?
Probably the most genuine aesthetics clinic in the world. They recommend things based on your unique skin concerns and don't hard sell. They may even recommend against something if it's not for you. And they operate the treatment according to your condition. The only major drawback is that in some areas, they might now have the top-notch equipment. View is great at this Causeway Bay location. And the interior feels high end and comfortable.
Terrific customer service and friendly staff! I went in seeking treatment for hollow/dark eyes. I was assisted by POLLY and she was absolutely incredible! Very patient and answered all my questions and explained to me the recommended treatment in full detail. She is an amazing part of the MedSkin Plus team! Highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking to make some enhancements. Dr. was very professional as well. Very happy with my results!! I will continue to come back for additional treatments in the future. Thank you.
Nice environment with really good service. Had a trial on inmode, can see the immediate tightening effect impressive. Would definitely recommend to my friends!
