Terrible service experience! I made prior appointment to Dr. Winnie and it was canceled twice, second time even without any reason. They just keep asking me to reschedule. How I can trust them in a future if I need to schedule something?! Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place if you value your time Adjustment according to reply- Your first contact with us was on 28/5/25, today is 7/6/25. You have never actually come in for any services and have never even met us in person. What you experienced was scheduling conflicts due to unforseen circumstances beyond our control. So imagine, I booked it twice in such a short time. All time and dates were agreed. And had to reschedule continuously. Due to my work my time is limited so I was very disappointed to receive rescheduling request for a second time with no explanation at all. I already found more professional senvice. Hope ppl can read between the lines in the response I've received and you won't delete it
Dr. Winnie is very informative and friendly. She ensures that all your questions are answered before you go ahead with any procedures, helping you to feel more comfortable and aware of what to expect. She responds to inquiries honestly and the clinic does not hard sell customers – definitely a positive in Hong Kong where every single ‘clinic’ just wants you to pay up without thinking.
Always such a great experience! Dr. Winnie is so professional and kind! It is always nice to see her! I highly recommend her.
100x better than another other doc in HK for simple Botox. Dr Winnie is a gem!
