Management is unhinged. Hard selling and lock you in for long contracts.
couldn’t share how many bad experiences I had at this place just because I paid for a 40 course treatment and every time going there is a lottery of if you get normal staff to help you with your treatment just got shouted by the staff “Sita” when I asked if I still have certain treatment item to be done, blaming me for not talking to her during treatment and thus she did not know what treatment items I wished to do can’t explain how shocked I was when I was blamed by her that way **strongly recommend you not to come to this place for treatment** all 5 stars reviews were awarded with some kind of incentive, that’s why they could still have a 4+ rating…
They’re only nice when you are new and susceptible to being sold packages. Hard sell and no follow up, every time they change a person and try to sell you an upgrade every time I wish I can give less than one star
Terrible communication. It is the first venue that instead of being pushed for sales, I struggle to find out prices. I booked an appointment and attended to it, just to being told they could not see me on this occasion.
Nice service and comfortable environment. Best choice for beauty care🙂
