Meiling and Karol, thank you for helping me with my pigmentation and facial moisturizing situation. I love visiting facial places that doesn’t hard sell and actually talks the talk and walks the walk. Saw and received actual results on my first visit. This is a review worth writing for, thank you again and I’ll see you in three weeks!
This is first time doing a facial and had no clue what is going on but Emma and her team are super friendly and gave me such a welcoming visit. I was not pressured to buy any of their plans and products. Overall a great experience!
from start to current progress, the workers there are really nice and amazing. The progress could be seen right after the first time. highly recommend anyone who has insecurities with their leg hair!!
It was unfortunately an unpleasant experience and a complete waste of time…. On WhatsApp they told me I could use 3 of my existing credits (which I previously paid for) to try their new treatment. Upon arrival, they told me I can only convert my previous credits to another treatment if I top up at least $15k. On the price list, they have “one time” price but it in reality does not exist. Felt so unfair and scammed. While this is a common sales strategy of beauty salons, I had better hope of Musee since I liked it previously for hair removal. Proven wrong! Giving a heads up to other customers who were reached out to “use up” credits, because they had no intention to allow you to use any credits…. It is unfortunate I cannot comment on the actual treatment, which may well be good, because I walked away. What a waste of time!
