I wanted to give no stars, but the lowest I can select is one. My experience with Facemore has been incredibly disappointing, and I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this clinic. After purchasing a treatment package, I was assured it would not expire. However, after relocating from Hong Kong and trying to book an appointment after 8 months later, I was informed that the person in charge of my account no longer works there, and my treatment had expired. This is incredibly unprofessional and shows lack of accountability putting all the blame in the employee that had left. The high turnover rate at this clinic speaks volumes about their management and customer service. If you value your time and money, I recommend looking elsewhere for your beauty treatments.
Had a good experience at Facemore Causeway Bay branch. Neat and calming environment. Creamy is very friendly and provided recommendations accordingly to my condition.
