Had a great 90 minute experience today with Floww. My massage therapist was excellent, had great craft, and was positive and outgoing during my session. Immediately after, I felt relaxed and tired and was finally able to get some sleep. Recommend this place for sure.

Massage place with English menu and staff also speaks English. For new customers you will fill in a form where you can also state your strength preference. The lymphatic drainage massage was good but I felt so weak afterwards. I guess the massage was working!

This is a lengthy and in-depth review from a Western perspective. Qualifications: Healer and Professional Therapist with over 18,500+ hrs. 20+ yrs experience. Polyglot. Overview: This place is a relaxing setting in the bustling city of Hong Kong. They do speak English (receptionist, 30/50 therapist). And have a variety of services. I requested a male for a deep tissue lower back focus as I was experiencing back pain. Deep tissue acupressure for $378 HKD ($49 USD €45 euro) for 45 min. All staff were nice and very friendly. Through WhatsApp to schedule; asked if they carry coconut oil. But said that this massage isn't with oil... Confusing as usually (western massage) is always with oil. So I went into it with low expectations. I asked for a male that could speak English because I prefer the strength (I know I know, prejudice much?) but just a preference. As a female I'm fine with either therapist, just as long as they spoke decent English to communicate what type of massage I wanted, this I emphasized. Little did they know I'm fluent in Canto so I wanted to test their quality and service to provide this genuine review. Language barrier: Before service the receptionist changed my therapist and asked if I would switch to a female therapist per his recommendation for my pain. I said that's fine but what about her English, 'not so good'. So I should have stood firm and waited for what I wanted (I'd recommend this) One spoke fluent English and was translating, So I'd recommend going with her to get the service you want. Communication is important, especially to communicate desired pressure, style, flow, etc.. Room: 5/10 First impression was it's clean, but lacked comfort. No sheets or pillows. In the photo you can see it's a disposable sheet which was rough and uncomfortable. Not insulated so noise travels. Can hear conversations in the next room and footsteps going up and down the stairs. Additionally, music wasn’t played by default, and I had to request it. For a truly relaxing experience, a quieter environment with ambient music should be standard. Equipment: 2/10 Their massage table was the typical Chinese style without a face cradle, hole in the table. I'm assuming it came with one since there are holes for its placement. This is a no go for me, with many different types of bodies you have to cater to with the general public, an adjustable face cradle is standard and required. Table seemed, nice quality wood. No pillow provided. A pillow/bolster is needed for your ankles/knees for comfort. So a rolled up towel sufficed. The disposable sheet kept getting into my mouth from breathing which was annoying. A ripped towel or two was provided as the top sheet. Service: 5/10 She did 45 minutes and showed me the timer prior. After about 3 minutes and her no English I switched to Cantonese and the service became much better afterwards. Had to constantly tell her to slow down and follow my breath. She continually reverting back to the Chinese style massage that's fast, rough, hard. There was an additional 10minutes of stretching post session which was nice. Impression: I feel this place wants to cater to higher quality demographic like working professionals. with its modern design and notably clean bathrooms. But it lacks the ability to do that. Nothing genuinely set it apart for this target audience. As a Professional myself, holding high standards for the art and integrity of therapeutic work, this place was un-impressionable. For Hong Kong, this place is ... acceptable. I expected better quality and more... intuition. In my experience across Asia – including Hong Kong, Thailand, Japan, etc. – I have noticed a general gap in this intuitive, deeply attuned approach to therapy. A truly talented therapist like myself possesses not just technical skills, but an innate gift for the craft and an ability to connect meaningfully with clients. I noticed many of the reviews seemed shallow and perhaps overly generous, really struggled with ⭐⭐ or ⭐⭐⭐. If you made it this far I hope I could provide some insight.

In the huzz and buzz of busy Wanchai, this is an oasis where you can indulge into the serenity of its atmosphere, and relax right away !!! Have been to hundreds of massage parlors or spas, Floww has simply one of the best masseuses and was one of THEE best massages I have ever had! You can tell right away the masseuse is very knowledgeable and experienced in her field and she knows the pressure points precisely. Excellent customer service, convenient and fairly priced (but with a 6 star hotel spa quality) !! Highly recommend to anyone in the (city) area looking for the best massage and therapies to rejuvenate. I used the couples’ room with my bestie too, very spacious and comfortable. You can also finish with a nice shower in their bathroom. Love the vibe !! Will definitely be back without a doubt.

Simply the best massage spa in Hong Kong and Wanchai. I have been back a few times already and today the therapist recommended me to try out their Runners Recovery Massage with their natural essential oil "REVIVE" from Australia. It was so relaxing and completely what I needed after a long run last night and a super busy day at the book fair. Really love their interior and finally have time to share some of my favorite shots of the space. Love the interior designer's work so much! Had the best ginger herbal tea as well! 🧡👍🏼
