I wanted to buy a wheelchair for my dad to make it easier for him to go out, and I was getting annoyed by asking so many detailed questions 🤣🤣 But Ms. Zheng, a staff member, patiently answered all my questions and helped me understand the features of different wheelchairs. In the end, I successfully made the purchase and am very satisfied 👍🏻
The staff member was very rude. She (a middle-aged woman) was unwilling to answer our questions. We wanted to buy a lighter wheelchair, and she said lighter ones wouldn't have any features. Then she spoke to us very rudely, and when we asked her to teach us how to use it, she gave us a cold shoulder. When we wanted to buy a cane and a walking frame, she was again very rude, asking why we needed two. I told her it was the physiotherapist who told us to buy them, and only then did she shut up. Later, a regular customer came in to pick up something, and only when she saw us did she smile at us. We then went to a second store, and the staff there immediately recommended a much lighter one (8.5kg) with all the features, and it was even made in Germany. That day, we ended up buying HK$10,000 worth of goods at a second shop. We originally planned not to go that far and just buy them at Ying Hong, but the attitude of the Ying Hong staff made us feel we shouldn't be giving them business. Actually, there are many places selling these kinds of items now, with many options. As caregivers, when we go to these shops, we want to know more and buy better things for our family. But if your staff lacks even basic manners, I don't see any reason to buy from you.
I highly recommend Ms. Zheng (Zita) – she's quick-witted, knowledgeable about the products, and incredibly caring, showing concern for her customers. I really wanted to leave a comment praising her, even though I don't usually do. The product I urgently needed was out of stock, and ordering it would take time. She inquired about my condition and recommended the most suitable alternative, clearly explaining the differences between the products instead of just saying, "Out of stock, order now and wait a bit," and hanging up. She even sent me a picture and link of the product via WhatsApp for reference, ensuring it was what I needed before reserving it for me. Such a thoughtful and responsible employee deserves to be remembered. Actually, because another branch of Ying Kang is closer, I called to inquire, but the staff there gave irrelevant answers and showed no knowledge of the products, which infuriated me. Thankfully, I could buy it here in Kwun Tong. Customers who visit medical supply stores have medical needs, not just casual shoppers. This is very different from regular retail, making truly efficient and helpful staff incredibly valuable. The owner should cherish such a responsible and helpful employee; hiring her is a blessing. She also provided appropriate advice on wound cleaning based on the situation and wished the patient a speedy recovery, which comforted me. I highly recommend this store and Zita's help, and wish Zita all the best in the future. Such a work ethic will benefit both those she serves and her company, no matter where she works.

Miss Cheng is providing excellent service continuously. She explained every goods clearly to us for our comparison and repeated the electric wheel chair function to our maid to her understanding, displayed friendly and helpful at our visits to the shop.
