Fabulous experience and I have been receiving their services for years.
Went with family. Very clean and professional, great massage with good technique. Sell but no hard sell, they do packages for people that may only be in Hong Kong occasionally. 小麥 was very attentive and adjusted the massage to release tension. Leaving feeling much more relaxed. thank you Christy and team!
Ah Yi, the manager of the Kwun Tong branch, is kind and polite. She meticulously arranges treatments according to each customer's needs. The beauticians, Ah Ting, Vicky, Ah Zi, and Xiao Mai, provide highly professional and attentive service. Each beautician has their own specialty; whether it's cleansing, needle extraction, lighting, or eyebrow shaping, the results are always satisfying. They also chat with customers casually, like friends, so there's no awkwardness. If you want to relax, you can also take a good nap. Furthermore, Ah Ying, who provides massages, is kind and approachable, with excellent massage techniques that effectively relieve neck, shoulder, and back pain. If the weather is cold, you can soak in the spa, get a scrub, and then a massage for added relaxation. After each treatment, Sister Hui prepares different heartwarming soups/sweet drinks depending on the weather, which is a delightful surprise and shows her thoughtfulness. I love the warm, welcoming atmosphere at the Kwun Tong branch; every visit feels like seeing old friends.
I've been a patron of the Kwun Tong branch of this beauty salon for eight years, and I've always been extremely satisfied with their service, which is why I've continued to support them. The beautician, Ah Tsz, is meticulous and professional, with skillful techniques. She also provides a professional analysis of my eczema-affected skin and helps me choose suitable treatments, which makes me feel comfortable continuing to patronize her. The manager, Ah Yi, is also very friendly. She proactively introduces suitable discounts but never pressures me to buy anything, making me feel genuinely respected. Overall, this beauty salon is trustworthy in terms of both its techniques and service attitude, and I highly recommend it.
