27Stretch is highly professional to cure my 50肩
I've always exercised, but unfortunately, I'm really inflexible, which often limits my progress and performance in many exercises. Luckily, I found 27Stretch in Kwun Tong online! The instructors there are incredibly dedicated! Upon entering, the instructors don't just blindly stretch; they carefully conduct a full-body assessment. They quickly point out my usual habits and incorrect postures during exercise. The entire process involves hand-to-hand stretching, helping those of us who don't usually stretch, relaxing deep muscles, and reducing a lot of lower back and shoulder pain. After the session, I felt much more relaxed. Of course, it's not like I'm completely healed all at once, but my range of motion is much greater, and I can do gym exercises much better now. Highly recommended!
