As a loyal customer of Simple Life Beauty's Causeway Bay shop, I was informed in March that the shop would be relocating to Kwun Tong in March 2024. When I visited the new Kwun Tong shop, I found the renovation and services to be of significantly lower quality than the Causeway Bay location. Despite repeatedly inquiring about the Causeway Bay shop's reopening and requesting a conversation with their office, my requests have been completely ignored (they did not even answer my phone). I believe it is unfair for the company to change the location and quality without my consent, especially as a long-term customer. I have lodged a formal complaint with the Consumer Council and hope they can help resolve this issue. I warn others to be cautious when dealing with Simple Life Beauty and their broken promises.
