Competitive price, dusty products and poor service 1. The sales just walked around and didnt even pass a tray to customer with a lot of products on hand 2. The sales only said they have small shopping bag available after payment and obviously one small shopping bag isn't enough for the stuff, yet she had no intention to offer any counter solutions 3. She didnt even give or at least ask whether the credit card receipt is needed
Whatsapp customer service was so so so rude! Not only do they not have price match, their attitude toward customers is also unprofessional. Really worried about how they will stay competitive in the market this way. Not going to make any purchases ever again.
