The staff here clearly don't care about their clients' feelings. The moment the therapist entered the room, I smelled a strong odor of smoke on him, which immediately made me feel terrible. This isn't my first time getting a facial, but this was definitely the most unprofessional I've ever experienced. They even tried to sell me products during the treatment, something I've never done before. The smell of smoke on him and his uniform made it impossible for me to relax at all. Overall, it was a terrible experience and extremely disappointing.
This beauty salon is a shady operation. They use mainland Chinese massage machines costing a few thousand dollars but pretend to sell expensive foreign ones. Their packages costing tens of thousands of dollars could buy them over a dozen mainland Chinese phones. They even have the nerve to ask for thousands more dollars to upgrade some unknown serums. My accumulated spending exceeds six figures. Every week or two I go, they keep trying to sell me tens of thousands of dollars worth of packages. They constantly use psychological manipulation; if I don't buy, they try to force me to borrow money. The worst part is that when I stop using their services, they suddenly say the service expires and they'll cancel it if I'm late. They clearly promised it wouldn't expire when I bought it, and that late cancellations wouldn't result in deductions. Once I was ten minutes late, and I heard a beauty consultant get up from the staff room yelling at me for talking badly about her, even threatening to deduct my time. Furthermore, they treat the Thai massage therapists, who are from a minority group, very poorly and exploitatively. And they're not from Hong Kong! They also seem to have sold my information to a second massage company. They're nice when I buy, but become hostile as soon as I stop. You'll never be able to book one if you don't buy it a few times. Those beauty girls lie; they say they're on holiday even though the technicians are clearly working.
The staff were so nice, and the experience was so comfortable. Not pussy at all ✨✨✨
Please, please don't go to this shop! They'll do a terrible job and damage your skin. 🙏🏻 I had this reaction the very second day after my Pico treatment. When I told them, they initially said it wasn't their fault since the reaction only happened on the second day. 🙏🏻 Then they said it was just a "normal reaction" after a Pico treatment. 🙏🏻 But I've had over 20 Pico treatments and never had this reaction before. 🙏🏻 My skin barrier on both sides of my face is severely damaged. 🙏🏻 It's also scratchy, dry, blistered, and stinging. 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Think carefully before you go. 🙏🏻 They also have a branch in Causeway Bay. 🙏🏻
I've had my freckles done here for almost half a year now, and I'm very satisfied with the results! 👍👍 Definitely worth sharing! The staff and beauticians are very polite and gentle. They booked my appointment quickly and even reminded me of the date. They also reminded me of post-treatment precautions regularly, which was very thoughtful.
