booked 2pm and waited until 3:30pm, the nurse told me there was still one patient ahead of me. What’s the point for making an appointment here?
Professional staff and good service. Nurses and Doctors are very helpful and polite.
Easy to find modern looking healthcare centre about 5 mins walk from Kwun Tong MTR and a smiliar distance from the hotel I was staying at. I booked an appointment via an app which was straightforward enough to download (Apple App Store or Google) . Initially, there appeared to be no availabiltiy of appointments for my chosen location although I checked again early the following day and noticed some same day appointments. For someone coming from a country with a state funded system, this was refreshing to see. Pretty much select the service required, fill in some brief details and click the button. I suspect telephone booking would have been possible although I didn't check this out. Staff were polite, courteous and efficient. The Doctor (Mr Chan) was attentive and I appreciated his time. The surgery didn't appear to be busy at the time I was there (around midday) and I didn't have to wait very long upon checking in. Medicines are dispensed on site at the surgery which is a bonus and in my case, the pharmacist offered to label the dosage requirements in English. The cost of seeing the doctor was reasonable and partly dependent on which centre you went to. Thank you.
that day I went to the clinic because I wasn't feeling well. I felt so dizzy that I couldn't even walk. Thanks to the nurses care and enthusiastic help. I really grateful to them.it made me feel warm.
Never expected this from a Orthopedic doctor , so rude with no empathy and don't even have the patience to listen,only care about insurance and business..don't even try to understand the paitent situation. don't even check the site with so visible swelling and pain..just busy in calling next paitent. so so unprofessional Very aggressive and rude behavior from a doctor
