11 條I booked a facial for my husband, and the booking clearly stated that step 2 included an exfoliating solution and step 4 was for removing blackheads. However, after he went to bed, I told him the blackhead removal wasn't included. Since he rarely gets facials, he ended up paying an extra $160 for the so-called blackhead removal treatment. But this should have been included in the original booking. It's definitely not what the advertisement said. Saying there's no hard selling or tricks is a joke.
The location is convenient. I've been getting facials here for a year now, and my skin has improved significantly and stabilized. I've tried a few other places before, but this one has the best technique. They even teach you how to maintain your skin at home. The estheticians are nice and attentive, and they clean the needles thoroughly. It's rare to find such a conscientious beauty salon.
The process was very meticulous; they explained the effects of each step and then gave me instructions afterward. The beautician here is very nice; she even taught me how to care for myself at home. It's amazing! I didn't know men could be so clean.
All I can say is that after the facial treatment at this spa, they couldn't even remove my makeup properly. After the treatment, I opened one eye and rubbed my face; there was still residual eye makeup and foundation on my hand. It's like no matter how nice or cheap the spa is, it didn't remove my makeup, which is actually worse. The price is below market average, and they always have that kind of selling price. But the most shocking thing is that I'm a member, and I had a regular plan, thinking I wouldn't renew it (even if I only had a small amount left on my membership). Suddenly, while I was getting my facial, a staff member and the esthetician told me they would "help" me with a service I'd never done or even heard of before. Before I could react, and without anyone mentioning any extra cost, they applied something to my face. When I asked, they said it would cost extra. If I had known this service would cost extra, I definitely wouldn't have done it. It's like they took advantage of my expensive plan. They gave me $xxxx as a gift. But if I didn't renew, they told me that the treatment that day would be charged at the original price (about $9xx). In the end, they gave me a credit card 🙂↕️ to join. The reason is that there was a $150 night gun promotion a month or two ago, so a series of unfortunate events happened, and I ended up paying too much for the plan 😭
