The front desk is terrible. I booked a room and had to wait over an hour. The doctor was sick and on leave but didn't tell me earlier. Even if I wanted to change doctors, the wait was still so long. The front desk clearly knew each patient's appointment took longer than 15 minutes; they should have counted it as over an hour, but they didn't even call the whole group of customers back.
Having seen different resident doctors at the Jinyuanlou branch, Dr. Zhu, Dr. Cai, and Dr. Weng were all very attentive, conducted thorough consultations, and cared for their patients. However, the young woman's attitude was extremely poor, and she often seemed impatient.

Dr. Wong is truly a shining star! 🌟 He has healed my entire family, addressing my mum's plantar fasciitis, my dad's trigger finger, my grandma's leg issues, and my shoulder blade pain. He is incredibly patient with all his patients and takes the time to listen and care. I highly recommend Dr. Wong and want to express my heartfelt thanks for his exceptional care!
