I had previously bought radial shockwave therapy machines from this company and they have been the highest quality machines I have used. Recently I bought a focus shockwave machine and ran into some problems with it. However, the customer support was very thorough and after going through some troubleshooting with little success, they sent a replacement machine for us. The customer support, especially customer support representative Clarence and sales representative Sandy have been outstanding and I couldn't recommend this company more.
